What this job is
The honest version
Lead Teacher is the first leadership rung. You're responsible for what happens in your room β the daily plan, the other teachers, parent communication, and the kids' progress. You're also the person the director leans on. It's where the pay starts to actually grow, and it's the gateway to becoming a director or owner later.

- Ask your Lead Teacher how they got there
Heads up
Real talk before you commit
