Choke SaverMA-required training for handling a choking emergency in a food service setting. Covers Heimlich maneuver and back blows for adults, children, and infants.

- MA DPH requires every food establishment seating 25+ to have at least one Choke Saver-trained employee on duty during all hours of operation.
- How to get it
- Take a MA DPH-approved Choke Saver course (offered by American Red Cross, MA Restaurant Association, and many local providers). 1 hour. Recertify every 4 years.
